Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipments (Within India)
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our facility in Bangalore. We offer shipping throughout India with the following delivery timelines:
- Metro cities: 3-7 business days
- Tier 2/3 cities: 5-10 business days
- Remote areas: 7-14 business days
We partner with reputable courier services including Delhivery, FedEx, and India Post to ensure reliable delivery. Customers will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS upon shipment dispatch, which can be used for real-time package tracking on the courier’s website.
International Shipments
We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery timelines typically range from 7-15 business days, depending on the destination country. Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures
- Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer
- Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control
Order Processing
All orders placed before 12:00 Noon IST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this cutoff or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic shipping charges are calculated based on package weight and destination. International shipping costs vary by country and will be displayed at checkout.
