Ingredients :
1. Thincharm Millet flakes mix : 5 to 6 Table Spoon
2. Scrapped coconut – 5-6 Table spoon
3. Soaked Almonds : 10-12 pcs
4. Water : 1 Glass (200ml)
5. Salt : As Required

Preparation

THINCHARM Salad

Ingredients

1. Thincharm Millet flakes mix : 5 to 6 Table Spoon
2. Curd/Plain Yoghurt  (Medium Sour) : 200ml (1 Glassful)
3. Cut Pieces of Tomato: 50g ( 1 Tomato)
4. Small pieces of cucumber: 1 Cucumber (small size)
5. Sliced Onion: 4-5pcs

6. Carrot Sliced : 1 small one
7. Pepper powder and Salt: As required

 

Preparation

Transfer the chopped vegetables into a spacious bowl and thoroughly mix them with the desired amount of salt. Introduce curd to the mixture, ensuring a thorough blend. 3. Soft Dates: 3-4pcs
4. Water: 1 Glass (200ml)

THINCHARM Smoothie

Ingredients :

1.THINCHARM: 5 to 6 Table spoon

2.Water: 100ml

3.Soft Dates (seed Removed) : 4-5 nos

4.Robusta Banana : 1

 

Preparation

Blend banana and dates in a mixer grinder and add water then mix it well. Add THINCHARM and blend it again. Consume as a meal replacement or as an inter-meal refreshment.

THINCHARM Ladoo

Ingredients: (for 2 servings)
1. THINCHARM: 10-12 Table spoon f

2. Scraped coconut:  10 Table Spoon

3. Soft Dates: 4-6pcs

4. Almond (Not Soaked): 15-20pcs

 

Preparation
